Multi-functional George IV period (circa 1820–1830) mahogany and rosewood table. Regency elegance and a highly versatile piece from hall table, to dining surface.there is a smooth swivel-and-fold mechanism to reveal a spectacular, flame mahogany interior with rosewood crossbanded border.
72cm high. Closed it measures just 45.5cm deep.
As a Dining / Tea Table: Swivel-opened, it transforms to 91cm x 91cm square surface.
It retains its original brass hinges, brass feet caps, and castors.
