This pair of prints depicts the Battle of Camperdown (1797). The British Navy/ Admiral Duncan’s fleet destroyed the Dutch Navy, capturing 11 ships and ending the threat of a French-backed invasion of Ireland.
Inscribed “Painted & Engraved by R. Dodd.”
